EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE BOOKKEEPER

We specialize in real estate development and management located in downtown Los Angeles seeking a full time Real Estate Bookkeeper with a background in real estate/property accounting and management to manage the daily business functions of a diverse portfolio of entities.
ONLY BOOKKEEPER WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY.
The right person will be detail-oriented, independent, and capable of handling a variety of accounting tasks.

* Overseeing daily accounting functions for multiple entities * Managing accounts receivable and payable, including monthly rents and vendor payments * Performing bank reconciliations, posting transactions, and preparing financial statements * Handling QuickBooks accounting, preparing year-end documents for tax accountant * Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and maintaining detailed records * Collaborating with the founder and other team members for financial matters * Ability to work independently with high reliability and attention to detail * organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to understand and follow instructions, following through on responsibilities with little supervision.
* Ability to adjust to changing priorities * Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements as well as supporting schedules.
* Prepare and post monthly journal entries for accrual basis accounting.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $75,000.
