TELEMARKETER CANVASSER: PART TIME OR FULL TIME (Los Angeles)

, seeks a highly motivated, self-starter and experienced mortgage Telemarketer/Canvasser to fill an open Assistant to Mortgage Broker canvassing position, in their West Los Angeles office.
We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs.
MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT ONLY - THIS POSITION DOES NO INVOLVE ANY SELLING - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES POSITIONS - PACSHORES MORTGAGE WILL SPONSOR RIGHT CANDIDATE IN SECURING A MLO LICENSE AND TRANSITIONING INTO MORTGAGE LOAN SALES.
Duties to Include: * Contacting Broker's borrowers and Lenders leads to set appointments for sales presentations * Obtain and update client database with current information * Follow up Phone Calls to new and pending Broker's Lenders and Prospects.
* Establish basis for stalls in Closing Process.
* Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate Closings.

Qualifications: * Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.

* Superior Organizational Skills * Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email and CRM programs * Ability to follow up, schedule ongoing contact and updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
