3.5 month old puppy (East Los Angeles)

Hello, I'm looking to rehome a 3.
5 month old puppy.
He's supposed to be a Cocker Spaniel and Husky mix.
He hasn't had his first shots yet.
He will come with a 30" folding crate, a bed, a couple of toys, 2 feeding bowls, and a sealed box of 100 pee pads.
He's very energetic and playful.
Doesn't bark.
He likes falling asleep at people's feet.
Asking for a rehoming fee of $550.
Willing to negotiate.
