San Juan 23 Sailboat (rare fixed keel model, not swing keel) with trailer: Great starter boat for Catalina island trips, singlehanding, and maybe a little bit of racing with the right crew.
Trailer for boat transport and free storage.
Recent updates in 2023: -autopilot -2023 model Tohatsu 8hp outboard motor (115 hours) -solar panel with controller -new water tank and sink hand pump -bottom paint -gimballed jetboil stove -dometic toilet -boat trailer with permanent CA registration -clean Hull ID report (no accidents, insurance claims, etc) The mainsail, jib and genoa sails are all older and need to be replaced for higher performance but are very functional.

(*Just sailed to Marina del Rey and lifted the boat out Dec 13, 2023 to store on the trailer for winter while I travel.
Decided to see if I can sell to move up to a bigger boat, but would probably be equally happy with sailing it again next year.
