The Opportunity Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is searching for a Chef de cuisine to join our team to support the PGA Championship in Louisville, Kentucky.
In addition, the CDC will support the Women's PGA Championship and Senior PGA Championship.
As the Chef de cuisine,you will lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food to our guests in Premium Services as well as other parts of the business including concessions.
The ideal candidate will have off premise catering experience with and expertise in running large scale special events (2,000+ people).
This is a remote position with significant travel monthly.

Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
