Nursing Department Manager- NICU

Nursing Department Manager- NICU Location: Downey, CA Salary: 150-190K per Annum plus benefits plus Bonus Sign-on bonus 10% of annual salary offered (some restrictions apply).
Job Summary: Manages the delivery of nursing services and safe patient care within assigned department and across the continuum of care.
Manages the delivery of services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities and performance/outcome measures, as well as with strategic, business and organizational goals/objectives.
Required (Non-negotiable) CA RN license American Heart Association BLS NRP RNC-NIC BSN or MSN At minimum candidate needs to have 5 years of FT equivalent level III NICU RN experience.
Experience must be current or very recent.
At minimum candidate needs to have 3 years of FT equivalent level III NICU Manager or Supervisor experience.
Charge Nurse experience doesn’t meet this requirement.
Experience must be current or very recent.
