As a Medical Assistant at Oxynergy2 MedSpa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and checking clients in with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Performing managerial front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.
* Assisting clients in selecting and booking their desired services, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, sauna pod sessions, red light therapy, and other wellness treatments.
* Providing detailed information about our services, packages, and promotions to clients.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk and throughout the spa area.
* Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
* Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer care at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and be trained on various spa treatments and services.
