*About Liuyishou Hotpot:* Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees.
Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world.
In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC.
In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd.
was estabished to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America.
Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated *Regional Operations Supervisor *to join our team.
As the Operations Supervisor of the Southern California region, your primary responsibility is to provide leadership and guidance to the assigned restaurants, reinforce our band vision and promote our products and guest experiences.
You are expected to demonstrate proven track record in restaurant management, food industry expertise, leadership competence and have a deep passion for delivering exceptional food and services.
The Operations Supervisor is accountable for achieving financial objectives by leveraging restaurant management knowledge, technology tools, and available resources.
*Responsibilities and Duties:* · Responsible for the results of the assigned restaurants, including operational performance, including sales targets, cost controls, quality standards, customer satisfactions and compliance with local laws and regulations; · Develop and implement strategies to improve internal processes such as managing budgets, labor, and inventory levels to optimize productivity and reduce costs; · Work with restaurant mangers to drive sales and profitabilityby analyzing customer demands, identifying and evaluating competitors, tracking emerging trends and best practices in the restaurant industry; · Collaborate with the headquarter to launch marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; · Meet restaurant financial objectives by preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates, establishing and monitoring financial controls; · Train and supervise restaurant staff, including restaurant managers, kitchen supervisors, and front house supervisors; · Ensures proper execution of and compliance with Company policies and procedures, identify problems and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
*Qualifications and Skills:* · Minimum of 5 years working experience in Restaurant Management, preferably in franchise restaurants within North America; · Excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders in English and Chinese (Mandarin); · Familiarity with all positions and requirements of a restaurant; · Strong leadership skills and basic knowledge of local employment legislations; · Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service; · Have analytical thinking, planning, multi-tasking, problem solving and execution skills.
