*Compensation:* $25 - $30 an hour dependent on experience

The Warehouse Manager will be vital to ensuring the successful integration into the day to day functions of the team.
*Job Summary:* As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead the operations of our warehouse, work cross functionally with other teams to guide warehouse operations, drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all areas.
You will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of our goods, oversee the use of our new WMS, and coach, train, and lead a team to successfully manage inventory.
*Responsibilities* _Order Management:_ * Direct the efforts of the warehouse personnel to receive, count and package all orders in an accurate and timely manner.
* Direct the efforts of the warehouse personnel to prepare and ship all orders in an accurate and timely manner.
* Review stock level reports, damages, and inspection records.
Warehouse Maintenance and Safety: * Inspect the warehouse to ensure that it is properly maintained and adheres to warehouse safety and protocols.
Team Leadership: * Responsible for leading, training, evaluating, and managing the team.
* Solve workflow issues and enforce new processes when necessary.
* Manage and create SOPs to hold team members to the highest standard.
Collaboration: * Work with other teams cross functionally and keep a clear communication channel between departments.
* Review Order invoices & packing slips, research and notate/resolve discrepancies.
Inventory Management: * Oversee the maintenance of stock levels for warehouse supplies such as shipping supplies, strapping, pallets, gloves, stretch wrap, etc.
*Qualifications* Leadership and Management: * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational goals and targets.
Warehouse Operations and Logistics: * Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics, with the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Problem-solving and Decision-making: * Exceptional problem-solving abilities and confident decision-making skills.
Project Management: * Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and control day-to-day operations.
Communication: * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for training, reporting, and collaborating effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements/Education/Experience: * 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management or similar role * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * OSHA-certified forklift operator * Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems * Familiarity with inventory management practices such as "First In First Out" (FIFO) * Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting * Excellent time management skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong leadership skills * Strong attention to detail * Self-starter that thrives under minimal supervision * Bi-lingual, English & Spanish * 2 Work References \*\*Proficiency in Odoo Management System is a plus!\*\* Don't let the job requirements hold you back from applying!
