What you will be doing!
As the Senior Market Manager - Installation Services, you will be responsible for hiring, establishing, and overall management of installation teams across multiple metro areas.
You will be hands-on managing the daily installations of various custom prefabricated closet systems, cabinetry, trim, millwork, sheetrock repair, and painting.
You are responsible for overall installer accountability and client satisfaction.
You will train trim carpenters and installers on company and client expectations.
You are bringing the highest level of professionalism and quality of work to every project you undertake.
Responsible for alerting our scheduling department to issues in the field and collaborating to eliminate issues on future jobs.

Essential Duties and Requirements
Actively and consistently support all efforts in the field to simplify and enhance the installer and client experience.
Assist or lead installations when necessary for closets, cabinetry, millwork, painting, and sheetrock repair as directed or required in the field.
Professionalism in all interactions with direct reports, our client, and customers.
Continuously monitor field progress to optimize the efficiency of your market.
Problem-solve issues arising from your team in the field in a timely manner.
Interact positively and immediately with the scheduling team to keep abreast of progress or issues.
Coach, train, and inspire your installers to ensure total customer satisfaction with the service experience.
Proven interpersonal skills with a history of positive interactions directly with direct reports and customers.
Must have the ability to travel, with overnight stays occurring roughly 15-20% of the time.
The market consists of travel within the state of California.
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a cell phone or tablet with data service.
Experience and Training
Bi-Lingual - Must have a strong command of the Spanish language, including the ability to accurately translate and interpret between Spanish and English.
Residential/commercial trim carpentry experience preferred.
Experience or familiarity in some area of carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, interior trim, remodels, renovations, shelving, or closet organizers is required.
Ability to obtain the RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Paint) Lead Renovator Certification within one month of hire.
Knowledge of General Safety Practices or OSHA training preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, reciprocating and miter saws, and power tools correctly and safely.
Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to utilize dispatching equipment such as telephone, pagers, mobile radio.
Ability to use applications on a cell phone.
Ability to read layouts from blueprints.
Proficient use of computer software (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Project Mgmt.
)
Ability to learn and utilize project management software to oversee program execution.
