* Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the hotel's overall objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and financial sustainability.
* Oversee the creation, management, and continuous monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide accurate and insightful financial projections for decision-making.
* Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders, offering insights into the hotel's financial performance and areas for improvement.
* Manage and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Implement strategies for effective working capital management.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks through sound risk management practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.
* Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability without compromising the quality of service.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team.
Evaluate potential investments and assess their financial impact.
