Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Director of Integrated Project Delivery, we'll count on you to:
Participate as the integrator on large or complex integrated delivery projects.
Participate in assessments and reviews, as appropriate, for designated integrated delivery projects.
Participate in integrated delivery project pursuits with market sector leaders.
Participate with leadership in recruiting and interviewing candidates for IPD staff and support.
Participate in, create, and lead internal/external IPD workshops with clients and work teams.
Develop materials for learning, pursuits, and project applications.
Represent HDR as the IPD subject matter expert on committees and industry forums.
Work with the IPD Corporate Proactive Committee in promoting IPD.
Partner with other HDR Business Groups on IPD opportunities and projects.
Partner with PMO office to update and contribute to training IPD.
Assist market sector leaders with client development and project pursuit opportunities.
Assist project delivery leadership in determining other critical project needs.
Assist operations with recovery plans and support on existing alternative delivery projects.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Maintain professional architectural or engineering registration.
Experienced in leadership and development of diverse teams.
Work cooperatively with company, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on professional services-related efforts.
Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to individuals with deep expertise in Integrated Project Delivery.
Stronger consideration will be given to candidates with Healthcare, Higher Education, Science + Technology and/or Civic project experience.
Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED.
Advanced credentialing (e.
g.
ACHA, EDAC, LEED, etc).

The expected compensation range for this position in Los Angeles is $180,000 to $240,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
