Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager directs the maintenance operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company optimizes return on investment for owners provides a quality living environment for residents and promote positive working relationships with company employees.
Maintenance Tech Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals through effective maintenance efforts that promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Ensure that staff members develop and maintain a high level of skill in all phases of general maintenance.
• Train staff members in new techniques, methods, equipment, etc.
• Ensure that all specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance repair, and other repairs are completed in accordance with company standards.
• Assign work to ensure that turnover renovations, maintenance service requests, common area maintenance, and special projects are completed in a quality and timely manner.
• Ensure all staff members are aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Ensure all staff members wear appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary for each task including protective ventilation equipment.
• Ensure all staff members identify and repair safety hazards at their level of authority.
Compensation Range: $19.
00-$25.
00 per hour plus Apartment (*may include lodging credit)
