*Primary Responsibilities*
* Oversee both daily office and marketing operations while developing annual plans and budgets.
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management, while analyzing key financial metrics for cost-reduction and profitability.
* Assign quarterly objectives to internal teams, monitor performance, and hold managers accountable.
* Ensure all divisions comply with policies and guidelines, while assessing and mitigating operational risks.
* Leverage tools like SalesForce and AI solutions to optimize efficiency across all divisions.
* Collect, analyze, and document performance metrics to guide strategy and assess team success.
* Manage franchise staffing and compensation plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
* Research emerging trends and analyze customer feedback to improve services and identify new opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including directors, managers, and clients.
* Focus on talent cultivation, providing training opportunities, and encouraging leadership growth within the organization.
*Position Requirements*
* 5+ year(s) of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
* Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
* Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
* Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
* Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
* Proficiency in Technology, AI, and QuickBooks®
* Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
* Proficient with Xactimate® estimating software
* Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
* College degree desirable
* Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,172.
46 - $70,605.
