*Position Overview*
The Talent Relations Manager at Unruly Agency is a pivotal figure tasked with ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and the development of effective content and social media strategies.
This role demands a proactive, highly communicative individual who excels in relationship management and strategic planning.
*Daily Tasks*
* : Respond promptly to all communications from assigned clients of Unruly Agency, addressing their needs and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
* Foster meaningful interactions with clients to encourage increased production and engagement on their accounts.
* Serve as the primary conduit for communication between Account Management Coordinators (ACMs) and clients, as well as between the Chat Team and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment across all interactions.
* : Report any client feedback, concerns, or insights to appropriate internal teams at Unruly Agency, aiding in the refinement of services and client experience.
* Seek guidance from the Head of Talent and/or Talent Manager before responding to clients in complex or sensitive situations to ensure a thoughtful and aligned approach.
*Tasks When Necessary*
* Craft customized content guides and calendars for clients, extending beyond those directly assigned, to support their strategic content planning needs.
* Design and implement social media strategies and calendars for Unruly Agency's clients, aiming to bolster their online presence and engagement.
* Act as the go-to point of communication for assigned clients during their live streams, providing essential support and guidance.
* : Create comprehensive live guides for assigned clients, offering structured advice and strategies for engaging live stream content.

The Talent Relations Manager will report directly to the Head of Talent at Unruly Agency, maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Talent Manager for client-specific matters.
