As a key member of the litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
* Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
*Requirements:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to the California State Bar
* 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
*Salary Range:* $110,000 - $165,000 per year (DOE)
