Plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm is seeking to hire an associate attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience preferably in personal injury.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work with the lead attorney/business owner, have the support from staff and fellow associates, where you can advance your skills and continue to grow in your career.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly organized, motivated, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to multi-task.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations; conducting oral arguments before the court, negotiating cases, and communicating with clients.
This is a full-time position available immediately.

Competitive salary starting at $100,000.
