Personal injury law firm located in Downey, CA is seeking a personal injury case manager for IMMEDIATE hire.
Candidate must have experience working as either a personal injury legal assistant or case manager and will be expected to handle plaintiff's personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Ability to speak Spanish an absolute must.
Duties will include initial client contact, data entry, file organization, requesting and organizing medical records and collision reports, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care, opening/closing files, calendaring events, resolving property damage and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers, negotiating medical liens and quality client care.
Candidate must be very organized, detail oriented, capable of working in a high pressure environment, computer literate, willing to work as a team player, and have outstanding customer service skills.
Positive attitude, good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a MUST.
