Out of work and am looking for something in Highland Park area (Highland Park)

I am out of work at this time and am seeking employment in the Highland Park area.
I keep myself in pretty good shape.
I am personable and friendly.
Most of my professional life has been spent in the residential real estate field.
Business has all but been non existent in my field.
The lack of funds don't allow me to compete against fellow realtors.
I also have extensive business and marketing experience.
I was the operations officer that did all the hiring for a large real estate appraising firm in Pasadena ca.
I am a problem solver.
I am hoping for anything related, a sales position or anything to do with customer service.
