Delivery Driver

Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently drive delivery vehicles to specified destinations - Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles - Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Experience in customer service to provide a positive delivery experience - Knowledge of route driving and ability to navigate using GPS or maps - Proficiency in operating vehicles with manual transmissions - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
