As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods to our clients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
* Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
* Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
* Verify delivery instructions and ensure accuracy in delivering packages to the correct recipients.
* Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any issues or delays.
* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
* Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and representing the company.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.

*Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a courier driver or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
* Familiarity with local roads and routes, with the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering packages.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
