Hi.
I am looking for a maid/cleaner to keep my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft (with 2 balconies) SPOTLESS clean.
I have had a few cleaners work for me and none of them were able to meet my standards.
So if you cannot go above and beyond please don’t respond to this post.
I am willing to pay HOURLY ONLY.
Pay will be negotiable.
The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, honest, and most importantly able to take direction without any problem.
The job will most likely be on a bi-weekly basis, or as needed.
IMPORTANT: Responsibilities will vary from one week to the next, but will include:
- dusting every single surface such as vanity, coffee table, tv stand, dinner table, office desk, dressers, etc, AND all objects on surfaces
- loading and unloading dishwasher and/or handwashing dishes
- wiping down all surfaces in kitchen including electronics on top of counters
- cleaning inside and outside microwave and oven/stove
- wiping down outside (and sometimes inside) of kitchen cabinets and drawers
- cleaning inside and outside of refrigerator
- wiping all the mirrors in the apartment
- wiping all paintings on the walls
- wiping walls
- cleaning inside and outside of trash cans
- cleaning and disinfecting everything in the bathrooms: sink, inside and outside of toilet, inside bathtub and sides of bathtub, all surfaces in bathrooms
- wiping ALL baseboards (the wood part at the very bottom of every wall) throughout entire apartment
- vacuuming and mopping all floors including stairs
- vacuuming all rugs
- moving furniture such as couches and beds to vacuum and mop underneath the furniture
- sweeping both balconies and cleaning the furniture on the balconies
