Part-time Childcare & Home help needed (Echo Park)

Looking for a kind, warm, reliable and experienced long term nanny for my 1 year old baby girl, along with light house help like dishes and laundry if time allows.
Roughly 4 - 5 hours starting with 2 or 3 days per week - flexible schedule as I work from home mostly.
Would love help a couple nights a month if it works with your schedule.
Pay starts at $22 with possible increase over time.
Baby is happy and easy, loves people, music and books.
You will not need to drive with baby or leave my home while working.
Please note my apartment is up 15 or so steps.
I speak some Spanish and fluent in Farsi.
