Position Details:
* Rate: $20/hr
* Location: Los Angeles/ Pasadena
* Type: Primary Remote
* Commitment: Part-Time (estimated: 1-4hrs/day)

Responsibilities:
1\.
Communication Management: Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
This may involve screening and prioritizing incoming communications, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on important matters.
2\.
Document Management: Managing documents, files, and records.
This includes organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, drafting and editing documents, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is filed appropriately.
3\.
Task Coordination: Coordinating tasks and projects on behalf of my father.
4\.
Information Management: Conducting research, gathering information, and presenting the research / options for decision-making.
5\.
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating itineraries.
6\.
Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting preparation by setting up virtual calls, in person doctor appointments and other personal meetings.
7\.
Personal Assistance: Providing personal assistance as coordinating personal appointments.
8\.
Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
9\.
Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle unexpected changes or urgent requests.
10\.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with various office software and tools such as Google Suite, and calendar applications.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Research - Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze findings, and present them effectively for informed decision-making.
