We specialize in cleaning short term rentals
Work hours are from approximately 11A to 5P
Able to clean or learn how to clean plus handyman skills would be ideal person.
Example of a typical day:
You will pick up linens, cleaning supplies etc from our location in Mid-city
Drive to the assigned area (up to 15 miles away, once you arrive in the area, all jobs are within 3 miles radius).
You will be assigned a number of jobs in the area, you will be expected to finish all jobs in a timely manner.
Any reasonable complaints must be fixed (You will not be compensated for returning to fix your errors.
Unreasonable complaints you will be compensated.

Example of a reasonable complaint: the cleaner forgot to empty my garbage can, the cleaner left dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the cleaner left food stains on the floor.
After completing all jobs, return dirty linens, towels etc to Koreatown office.
Compensation is every Mondays
Work week starts on Monday, ends on Sunday.
