The Team: The Technical Customer Support Specialist will be a key member of our Support team.
In this role, you will represent Luminate as the product subject matter expert working with a designated group or groups of clients.
Day to day, you'll work with our clients along with our sales, product, and engineering teams to problem solve any questions or issues and maximize the value our customers derive from our data and products.
This position will be based in our Los Angeles, CA office.
The Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses Provide top-tier customer service to clients by engaging with and understanding their data requests Accurate and timely delivery of data requests utilizing SQL, Python, Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slide Lead training with customers on how to best use Luminate products to maximize their return on investment Collaborate with clients and internal resources to deliver data requests Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer deliverables Who you are: Working knowledge of SQL, Python, advanced Excel / Google Sheets and advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides Passionate about training end users on technical products (API, database, etc.
) 1+ year working in a customer facing technical role Analytical thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get into the data Friendly, dynamic, and comfortable operating at all levels Process-driven mindset with an aptitude for business/customer analytics Maintains meticulous attention to detail What makes us shine: Our People! For candidates based in California: Our base salary range for this position is $55,000 - 70,000.
We consider your skills and experience, what similar jobs pay at companies of our size, and ensure fair pay among colleagues.
Final base salary offer amounts are determined by factors including your experience and expertise.
