Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and managing customer data in our database system.
You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities Accurately input customer data into our database system.
Update and maintain customer records as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in customer data.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
