The Customer Support Representative is integral to the Customer Support and Sales Teams, directly impacting new and existing customers daily.
The essential function of the Customer Support Representative is to meet with potential customers, educate them on subscription options, and facilitate an outstanding enrollment process.
The Customer Support Representative will leverage their ability to build emotional connections with all types of people and consultative sales skills to achieve high performance in this role.
*Customer Support Representative Core Responsibilities:*
* Meet with new and existing Nestle customers to provide new product information and create buzz and excitement surrounding their new subscription services
* Qualify potential customers, address customer questions and concerns, process orders, and maintain the customer relationship through the delivery and installation process
* Attract new customers by building genuine relationships, actively listening to their wants and needs, and recommending products or services specifically designed to satisfy both
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading customer service and sales strategies and stay up-to-date on Nestle’s products, services, and promotions
* Assist and support customers through the front-end enrollment and sales process
* Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and the Sales Department to ensure a seamless and optimal customer service and sales experience
*Customer Support Representative Requirements & Qualifications:*
* Possess outstanding customer service and sales skills with at least 1-2 years working in a customer service or client-facing position
* Ability to listen and understand whether working with customers, clients, or fellow team members in the company
* Has extreme attention to detail and a level of discretion when handling sensitive and private customer information
* High level of interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
* Strong ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, and provide steadfast solutions
* Reputation for being a dependable team player, but also can work in an independent setting
