Overview:
CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This person is primarily responsible for the hiring, developing, coaching, and supervising the Customer Service Specialist in the department.
They assist the Customer Service Manager in motivating and building the operational integrity of the staff in support of the department objectives.
They motivate and coach colleagues to achieve exemplary service levels.
This person will maintain and build a portfolio of customers and be responsible for expanding relationships.
Ensures regulatory compliance and staff adherence to Bank policies and procedures.
Entertainment Banking Division

You will help deliver sophisticated financial solutions through white-glove service to people and organizations in every facet of the entertainment business.

What you will do
Creates an environment that attracts and retains customers as well as Customer Service Specialists in the office.
Motivates, coaches, and identifies recognition and rewards for accomplishments.
Serves as a role model for and coaches to the CNB exemplary service levels.
Motivates and develops the highest level of operational integrity consistent with CNB’s objectives and standards.
Develops, motivates, and coaches to achieve exemplary service levels.
Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and building relationships with existing customers .
Actively seeks new profitable relationships.
Must-Have*
Bachelor's Degree Or
three years related experience in bank operations work
Minimum 3 years of banking experience required.
Minimum 3 years of direct client service experience required.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
General knowledge of support systems and strong knowledge of applicable bank and branch products and services.
General knowledge of Bank audit procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Compensation
Starting base salary: $24.
46 - $36.
69 per hour.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
