JOB SUMMARY K.
O CLOTHING is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to be one of our Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
DUTIES - Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Upsell products or services to increase revenue - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery EXPERIENCE - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of Apparel Sales particularly MENS clothing - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
