- Enter customer data and update records accurately in the company database.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
