Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant who will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and supporting clients to maximize their use of the Salesforce platform.
The role will work closely with clients’ functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, document the details of the implementation, and train users to drive and support adoption of the platform.
This role requires strong client and project management skills, technical understanding, and business acumen.
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, and executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our clients’ Salesforce org.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients to identify, design, and develop new business processes and solutions to business-critical challenges
Lead workshops with clients to gather and document business requirements with detailed, easily understandable user stories
Clearly articulate the value of products and services to our clients, serving as a trusted advisor, patient guide, and first point of contact
Train and upskill clients to grow their internal Salesforce skill set, ensuring long term platform ownership and success
Design, build, and deploy Salesforce configuration - including custom objects, fields, flows, approval processes and other force.

Lead or support with data loads, using excel to mass manipulate large data sets
Work closely with the technical development team to align on requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
Create functional and support with technical documentation (process flows, architecture diagrams, etc) as needed
Maintain certifications and knowledge: Stay on top of Salesforce releases and new technology, develop MK Partners best practices through research, release notes, and information sharing with colleagues
Proactively engage in goal setting and career planning to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals
Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.
com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Strong prioritization skills managing multiple concurrent priorities
Strong researching skills and able to research unknown items on the fly, possibly when on a call with a client (you will never know everything there is to know about Salesforce!)
Ability to develop trusted relationships and motivated to find creative, effective solutions for our clients
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Be able to work independently and have a positive, growth mindset
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
1-2 large end to end Salesforce implementations or 4+ smaller projects or significant design experience gained as an in-house Salesforce Admin
Hands on Salesforce configuration experience
Agile project management experience
Requirements:
Must be employable in the United States
Fluent in the English language
Preferences:
2 or more Salesforce certifications
Experience with Google Workspace
Bachelor's Degree
PMP or Scrum certifications are a plus
