Looking for a insured and licensed technician/engineer to build my PC (Ktown)

Hi there.
I need help building my PC.
I have made some advances though, as you can tell in the photos.
But, there is some work to do.
I will need the wiring, Power Supply installation, and general set up.
Including SSds and HDs.
I don't know how many though.
It has 128Gb ram.
Also I already have another PC ( for writing and internet), in case you need to know that.
I would like to hire someone who is insured and licensed.
