Jr. Retoucher & QC

We are seeking a QC And Post Production editor to join our team! We'd like to start training 3-4x a week starting January 2nd, 2024.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Photo Producer and Lead Production to ensure all projects are being turned around within our deadlines and up to our standards - Download and upload files to various channels (FileZilla, WeTransfer, Capture One, Basecamp, etc.
- asset management and files organization).
- Update projects' statuses on our internal workflow management apps (Basecamp, Asana, eventually we will streamline these to hopefully one app or very few) - Ensure all the necessary images are accounted for and sent to the retouchers with correct instruction - Sending client images to our retouchers based on our post-production template - Inspect the quality of the retouching when it returns - You will most likely do some final in-house editing most times after the images are QCd - If you have any suggestions or recommendations to make things work smoother or more efficiently, we are open to ideas! ​ Qualifications: - 2-3 years RECENT experience in fast-paced or high-volume post production in eComm/fashion/product - Knowledge of production tools/software and equipment - Photoshop - Time management and organizational skills are necessary - Must be okay with this being in-house and editing requires a lot of sitting.
No remote work - Please do not ask - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - We work with sensitive materials (nothing vulgar, just clients who trust us with their samples pre-release) so you will need to sign an NDA if you'd like to join the team!
