*POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
As a *Document Control Specialist*, you will work on a major infrastructure project as part of an integrated project team, while maintaining the following primary responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee document control processes to ensure the accurate management and storage of project documentation, including drawings, reports, and contracts.
* Coordinate with project management, engineering leads, and construction managers to facilitate the efficient flow of information and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, city regulations, and environmental and safety standards across all project documentation.
* Support project teams by providing timely access to necessary documentation and responding to document control requests.
* Maintain up-to-date records of project activities, decisions, and compliance documents.
* Provide general project administration and support throughout project growth and progress.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

* 1 - 3 years of experience in document control or management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
* Exposure to Document Control systems, including software (SharePoint, ProjectWise, ProCore, E-Builder, and/or ProLog), is a major plus.
* Excellent verbal and written skills (grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and spelling).
* Flexibility and adaptability: Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and engage various managers; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment without constant direction.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Local LA/OC candidates preferred.
