25" I bought this jacket brand new but have never worn it since the sleeves are too long for me and I never got around to having them shortened.
I normally wear size 2-4 depending on the make.
Although the jacket is a size 8, it would likely fit someone who normally wears size 4-6 as it appears to run a little small.
Great deal at only $149, hundreds less than original cost.
