Welcome to PAC! Join me as I embark on my journey to share my love and knowledge of boxing and kickboxing.
I have been training for over 10 years and enjoy teaching all ages.
Private: 1 hour session focusing on boxing fundamentals.
Session will imitate that of a professional's daily training routine.
Semi-Private: 1 hour (group setting) session focusing on boxing fundamentals.
