We are currently hiring Teachers, Teacher Assistants, and Ongoing-Lead Teachers for our associated schools in the *areas of Santa Monica, Culver City* and the surrounding areas of Los Angeles *for the current school year of 2023-2024 and the upcoming school year of 2024-2025.

We highly encourage college students (preferably majoring in Child Development) to apply but it is *NOT REQUIRED*.
Individuals with little to no experience or no units are welcome to apply; However, experience in Childcare or a Preschool setting is a *PLUS.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provides support in the classroom/outdoor play to ensure a safe and educational environment.
* Assists the classroom in maintaining the hygiene and personal needs of the children.
* Assists with weekly planning and implementation of daily educational activities for children.
* Assist in preparing classroom materials.
* Assist in sanitizing and maintaining a clean environment.
* Makes observations (written and/or verbal notations) of the children.
* Supports the social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs of each child.
* Maintains good communication with parents and co-workers.
* *Takes advantage of all educational opportunities for professional growth.

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to understand and follow directions.
* Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
* Must be flexible and able to work well with a diverse groups of people
*Qualifications:*
* *No experience required*
* Experience in Head Start, Montessori, or Child Care Center *(Preferred)*.
* *Minimum of 3 units* in Child Development/Early Childhood or related field is a PLUS.
