Their son is 5 years old and their daughters are 7 and 10 years old.
The primary care would be focused on their daughters as they have a wonderful nanny who primarily cares for their son.
The mom works from inside the home while dad works from outside of the home.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this position is super flexible, proactive, excellent at organization, and has a passion for teaching.
A nanny with a can-do attitude, who is energetic and observant would be perfect for this family.
They would love to find a nanny who is creative and thinks that no job is too big or too small.
If you are a natural-born leader who loves to be one step ahead, you’d work great with this family! A nanny who is firm but loving with boundaries and encourages the children to be present in their day-to-day activities is ideal.
Their girls work best in a structured environment, and will need you to keep them on track and engaged.
They would adore an open-minded nanny/assistant with a broad worldview, who is enthusiastic and empathetic! A college degree is required for this role.
Job Synopsis: This sweet family needs an empathetic and intelligent planner who can take charge of their household organization while at the same time, helping care for their children and keeping the girls on track academically.
Duties related to this position will include assisting the girls with homework and school projects, taking the children to their after school activities, stocking the pantry, food prep, cleaning the children’s play areas, taking care of the children’s laundry, picking up the dry cleaning and other household errands.
The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm with flexibility.
The pay for this role is $40-$45/hour gross, with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a medical stipend.
Please have a clean, reliable vehicle to use on the job.
Travel is not required, but the family would appreciate support while they are away.
