As a Direct Support Trainee, you will be responsible for providing personalized, high quality supportive services and advocacy to under-served communities, especially children, adults, and families with special needs to achieve self-sufficiency with dignity, respect and compassion.

Full Time is defined as 35 to 40 hours per week.
Open availability from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, weekend availability, or flexible availability is preferred.

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Flexibility of driving clients with mileage reimbursement
* High School Diploma
* Undergo criminal background check (live scan);
* Valid driver’s license/good standing with DMV; Current auto insurance;
* Clean drug screening and TB clearance; CPR/First Aid Training
* Motivated and compassionate about helping people
* Bilingual in the following languages is highly preferred: Mandarin, Cantonese, American Sign Language.
