About the Role:
We are looking for a hard-working energetic and punctual employee who has the desire to work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
The ideal candidate will have a clear INTENTION to teach and knows how to develop a lesson plan.
Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals
Track children’s progress and report to parents
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom
Help children reach developmental milestones
Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies
Qualifications:
Experience working with Toddlers in any capacity
At least 12 units to 24 units in Child Development or/ Early Education
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong knowledge of child development
The hours for this position may vary from 7 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday.
