The Opportunity.
We are conducting a search for a full-time classroom assistant to support one of our Infant communities (12 weeks - 18 months).
Working under the direction of the Montessori guide, you will help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori environment.
Montessori experience is not required, but an appreciation for the Montessori method is; training will be provided.

Enjoy working with children aged 0 – 3;
Are warm, joyful, and professional;
Are familiar with the Montessori method and/or have a genuine interest in and/or appreciation for this educational approach;
Have earned at least 12 college-level early childhood education credits (including at least three credits in infant/toddler care and development);
Have valid CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to become CPR and first aid-certified before you begin employment; and
Have negative TB test results within the last 12 months or willingness to take a TB test which show negative results before your first day of employment.
We would prefer you over other candidates if you:
Have experience working in high-quality preschools, particularly authentic Montessori preschools;
Are a fluent Spanish speaker; and
Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences.
