We’re a lively, talkative, and fun family of 7 if you include our two dogs (1 little puppy and 1 service dog) and our bearded dragon! We don’t micromanage and would love for you to be comfortable coming up with creative activities and ideas.

Our 15-year-old daughter just started high school.
She loves YouTube videos, anything that sparkles, rainbows, unicorns, and Taylor Swift.
She has a movement disorder called Cerebral Palsy and uses a sassy purple wheelchair.
Our 12-year-old daughter is very spirited! She likes to test boundaries a little bit.
She loves music & musicals, makeup, clothes, and Taylor Swift!
_*A bit about you:*_
You might be a Swiftie and/or you might have pink hair and tattoos! You are energetic, experienced, active, and kind! You are strong enough to help partially lift a 75 lb teen, but you don’t need to be able to carry her.
You have a desire to work with and empower young people with disabilities; you like working with teens! You are confident and grounded; you are FUN and friendly but feel comfortable being an authority when needed.
You’re the type of nanny who once homework is done, you could be down to make TikToks with our 15-year-old.
*Job Duties:*
During the school year, we need someone to run errands, do light organization/laundry tasks at home, pick the girls up from school, assist with homework & dinner, and drive our eldest daughter to appointments (physical therapy and adaptive gymnastics), physically assist our 15-year-old (as needed), and walk our dogs once a day (not at the same time since our service dog goes to school with our eldest).

*Qualifications:* 5 years of childcare experience, great driving record, Driver’s license, reliable transportation, must be comfortable driving children in our larger van, basic swimming ability, comfortable with dogs, physically strong enough to help with partially lifting our 15-year-old (who weighs 75 lbs), and flexible to do different increased hours in the summer.
*Set yourself apart:* You are creative and have great ideas for fun activities to do with the girls! You have some previous Special Needs experience.
*Schedule: *Monday-Friday (12-6:30p) or (11a-6p)
