Tech Gadget Accessory Business with Inventory - $1

I have a business I would like to get rid of that sells laptop cord organizers that I invented.
I have never really made a solid effort to sell these other than very early on, we did a bunch of custom imprinting and clients would give them out at conferences and trade shows.
Inventory is currently at about 20,000 units, including clamshell packaging, etc.
Some are blank, some are unassembled (Velcro and plastic separate), some are white and some are black.
I dont know what it is worth so make me an offer.
It also comes with a website, which i have deactivated for now (it is e-commerce, so you can sell from there as well).
