Restaurant Marketing & Events Coordinator (Hollywood)

We are a multi-concept hospitality company with both brick and mortar and mobile catering venues.
Concepts range from mobile food service, to fast casual concepts, and full service bar/restaurants.
Who we are looking for: Hospitality lovers who enjoy meeting and working with new clients and developing long term relationships.
A go-getter who seeks out new relationships and introduces new clients to our spaces.
Someone creative and passionate about their work who can assist in the roles of marketing as well as catering and event sales.
This person should have previous experience in the restaurant industry as well as an office type setting.
Communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Be flexible with availability to oversee events as needed.
Duties include: -Responding to catering and event inquiries, reviewing menu options with clients and explaining different catering options.
-Work with restaurant management to create catering & event menus for new concepts.
-Coordinate with restaurant management on scheduling and inventory for upcoming events.
-Update client contracts and invoices and track payment status.
-Schedule and create regular email marketing campaigns for restaurants using pre-built templets.
