Experience as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service, or Home Improvement Telemarketing
As an Appointment setter, we expect the following:
Able to make 300 calls a day.
Be ready to listen and learn.
Capable of using a Computer, CRM and Dialing a Phone.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Generate leads and schedule appointments for Roofing and other Home Improvements.
Appointment Scheduling: Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, text.
) to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their scheduling preferences and requirements, ensuring appointments are set at convenient times.
Maintain detailed records of all scheduled appointments, including relevant client information and appointment details.
Duties will include, confirming appointments with clients, building rapport and urgency to minimize no-shows.
Learning product information, including warranties.
This is the perfect role for someone that enjoys speaking on the phone, has an outgoing personality and is able to overcome objections quickly and get the appointment.
We are a fun office, with 8 people all working towards the same goal.
Making Money!
We play music, run the AC cold and smile and dial.
No prima donnas, bad attitudes, bad vibes, low energy or unwilling to learn allowed.
We start at $17-20 and pay commissions on all of our sales.
Even before the project is complete.
Commissions and Bonuses could easily take you OVER $25 an hour.
We are located in Glendale, near San Fernando and Brand.
There is public transportation nearby.
Work schedule is FULL TIME.
We run Monday - Saturday
Paid Bi-Weekly
