Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team.
The Commission-Only SDRs will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and nurturing leads to support the growth of our company.
This role offers unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Previous experience with Apollo.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, industry trends, and target accounts to create a robust list of qualified leads using Apollo.

-Outreach: Initiate and maintain communication with leads through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
-Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of their needs, budget, and timeline.
-Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads, educating them on our solutions, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
-Metrics and Reporting: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and provide detailed reports on lead generation and conversion progress.
-Commission-Based Earnings: Your earnings are based on your performance, with a competitive commission structure in place.
The more leads you convert into sales, the higher your income potential.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar role is required.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
