Insurance Agent (Burbank, CA)

We are seeking an Insurance Agent who will work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm from Monday through Friday full time position in Burbank, CA.
The ideal candidates will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Mix of Incoming and Outgoing Sales calls.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities Process quotes received via telephone or email Pursue cross-selling opportunities from prospects on all property and casualty lines of insurance Assist customers over the phone Manage administrative paperwork, filings Proactively pursue new prospects and existing customers to increase sales base Manage overall client relationships and satisfaction Requirements Spanish Speaker is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and yet be detail-oriented Friendly customer service skills
