This position will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of highly trained professionals to ensure that incoming calls are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Our Appointment Setters are often the first point of contact for customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate quickly, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
-Schedule meetings between project managers and potential customers.
-Familiarize yourself with important aspects of the services our company offers.
-Use a list of phone numbers provided to call potential customers.
-Answer inbound calls as they come in.
-Excellent customer service.
-Keep track of every call, including ones that go unanswered, using our computer software.
-Take the initiative to learn about the organization and advance in your current position.
-Prioritize which appointments take precedence over others to optimize earnings.
-Maintain professionalism.
-Describe the items and services to potential customers when scheduling appointments.
-Fill out the required documents throughout the day.
-Experience with Word, Excel, computers, and phones.
