Loan modification Processor - IN OFFICE ONLY (Beverly Hills)

We are looking for an experienced Loan modification Processor that can handle a full pipeline, your duties will be entire beginning-to-end mortgage loan process.
Including but not limited to, completing mortgage verifications, collecting documents, communicating weekly with mortgage servicers as well as ALL homeowners on all files.
Responsibilities- Review and collect necessary information and documents to successfully underwrite and execute a full review for home retention.
- Manage loan process through a mortgage software system - Meet all deadlines.
- Provide updates in a timely manner to all homeowners - Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients and complete all trial and/or approval requirements.
Qualifications Preferred- Minimum 2 years of current mortgage processing experience required - Self-motivated and self-sufficient in approach to work - Strong customer service skills - Excellent communication and sales skills Also, most importantly looking for someone with positive attitude, that can communicate and work well with others under any circumstance.
Pay: salary PLUS commission per file approved
